Customer Training      

Providing competent service for our clients is at the core of our business philosophy. Starting with the Engineering through to Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and Training of operational personnel at the customers' site, or at the ENOTEC facilities in Marienheide, Germany, where a large-scaled fully equipped training room is available. 

Our training is primarily for Measurement & Control Technicians and also for routine Maintenance staff that may be involved with the analyser system.

Training Overview and Program: The Measuring System (All Components of the Analyser) The Measuring Principle (Functionality of the Analyser) Operation & Parameters (Measurement range, Limit values, Inputs/Outputs, setting parameters and Alarms) Mechanical Installation and Start-up of the Analyser Calibration Procedures Practical tips for operation and maintenance Error diagnostic messages and correctives actions

At the end of the training each participant will be able to install and start-up the equipment, maintain it, and in the case of a failure, bring it back into service by changing spare parts, components or modules.

Analyser knowledge is important, and good skilled & trained staff increases the plant operational availability and helps to save costs with maximum operational analyser time.
