Project:

HOLCIM Ltd. Cement Plant in Gladstone, Australia

The first CEMTEC® High Temperature Analyser system was delivered in August 2004 to the HOLCIM cement plant in Gladstone, Australia and is measuring in the kiln inlet of a lime rotary kiln.
Technical Data:

Kiln capacity:

2500 t/day
Probe immersion depth: 3000 mm
Analysis: InSitu, O2 / COe
Delivery / Installation: August 2004 / by customer
After extensive testing ENOTEC GmbH was accepted on the 1st of January 2007 into the HOLCIM supplier list for flue gas analyser systems in cement plants.

Project:

LAFARGE Cement plant in Karsdorf, Germany

In January and September 2005 two CEMTEC® High Temperature Analyser Systems were delivered to the LAFARGE cement plant in Karsdorf and installed into the inlets of two rotating kilns.
Technical data:

Kiln capacity:

each 2500 t/day each
Probe immersion depth: 3000 mm
Analysis: InSitu, O2 / COe
Delivery / Installation: January 2005 / January 2005 and
September 2005 / September 2005
In December 2006 a further CEMTEC® Analyser System was delivered and installed into a second LAFARGE cement plant in Germany.

Project:

ZABOL Cement in Zabol, Iran

In May 2008 a CEMTEC® High Temperature Analyser System for the measurement of oxygen was delivered to the cement plant in Zabol in Iran
Technical Data:

Kiln capacity:

3000 t/day
Probe immersion depth: 3500 mm
Analysis: InSitu, O
Delivery / Installation: May 2008 / by customer

Project:

CYCNA in Arroyo Hondo, Mexico

In July 2008 a CEMTEC® High Temperature Analyser System for the measurement of O2 was delivered to the CYCNA Cement plant in Arroyo Hondo in Mexico. The system was installed and started up in August 2008.
Technical Data:

Kiln capacity:

3000 t/day
Probe immersion depth: 3000 mm
Analysis: InSitu, O
Delivery / Installation: July 2008 / August 2008

Project:

Mittal-Steel in Galati, Romania

In 2007 a total of 5 CEMTEC® High Temperature Analyser Systems were delivered to the steelworks of Mittal-Steel in Galati, Romania and installed into the corresponding rotating lime kilns. The CEMTEC® Analyser Systems were installed and started up by ENOTEC from September through January 2008.

At this project the CEMTEC® High Temperature Probes act as sampling probes for the extractive measurement of O2.

Technical Data:

Kiln capacity:

 each 1750 t/day each
Probe immersion depth: 2000 mm
Analysis: Probes operate as sampling probes; the O2 measurement is extractive
Delivery / Installation: July to November 2007 / September 2007 to January 2008

Project:

Al Bana Cement in the United Arab Emirates

In February 2009 a CEMTEC® High Temperature Analyser System was delivered to the cement plant of Al Bana Cement in the U.A.E. This system measures 'InSitu' the oxygen concentration in the rotating kiln inlet. In addition, CO and NO are measured extractively from the measuring gas which is extracted by the CEMTEC® probe.

In addition, two multi-purpose probes for the measurement of volumetric flow, dust, temperature and pressure and a second analyser cabinet with a further sampling probe for the measurement of the CO and NO content at the preheater have been included in the ENOTEC scope of delivery.

Technical Data:

Kiln capacity:

2500 t/day
Probe immersion depth: 3000 mm
Analysis: InSitu O2 and extractive CO / NO
Delivery / Installation: February 2009 / by customer
